| Comments: | Taché is a French word meaning ‘stained’ and refers to the rare winemaking method used by Taltarni to create this fine rosé-coloured sparkling wine. Its amazing delicate salmon pink colour is achieved by adding a dash of red wine liqueur to the finished tirage wine at disgorgement. This wine has a fine persistent bead, and on the nose there is an assortment of fresh fruit, Turkish delight and rose petals, complemented by complex nougat and yeast characters. An elegant sparkling wine of great length; finishing crisp, dry and refreshing. | ||||
