| Comments: | After picking and gently pressing each vineyard parcel was tank fermented, using selected yeast strains. At the end of fermentation the wines were aged on the yeast lees for several months prior to blending and bottling. Classic Marlborough aromas of grapefruit, elderflower and ripe stonefruit. Juicy and lithe, the palate is alive with refreshing ripe fruits and has a rich, lingering finish. | ||||
