| Comments: | This wine is made from only free-run juice, thereby keeping free from the "grippy", bitter phenolics associated with the skins. The wine is therefore fine and tightly structured with vibrant grapefruit flavours and an impressively long finish of minerally citrus acids. The nose shows limes, apples and a mineral edge with just a hint of tropical passionfruit. It received a rating of 95 out of 100 in James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion 2006. | ||||
