| Comments: | Only 900 cases of this wine was made, which was also bottled using minimum
filtration. It was also a bronze medal winner at the Decanter wine awards
2011.
Deep crimson red colour. Black Forest cake with dark chocolate truffles intertwined with nettles, brambles and cassis aromas and underlying aniseed and forest fruit characters. There are lovely, fragrant blackcurrant and cedary flavours with fine tannins supporting the fruit and giving great extension through to the back palate. |
