Michael Cooper Review:
The classy 2007 vintage was hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 18 months in French oak barriques (50 per cent new). Full-coloured, it is highly fragrant, with ripe plum and spice aromas, seasoned with quality oak. Sweet-fruited and supple, it is very savoury and complex, with lovely texture and harmony.
Rating:5/5 stars
