Rare Beef salad with walnuts and feta

Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan and toss
the walnuts in it until browned. Arrange the washed salad leaves in the
middle of 4 serving plates. Drape the leaves with the rare beef and
sprinkle with cubes of feta and the roasted walnuts. Mix oil, vinegar,
salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
